Thursday 15 October is arrival day: badge pickup from 1500 and the welcome reception that evening. Both are included with any registration below and need no separate ticket. The tiers here cover the Friday and Saturday program.

Ticketed social event, $65.00 per person. Not included in any pass, and not complimentary at any rank.

One Luau ticket for a spouse or guest who is not attending the meeting. They do not need their own registration; their name goes on the ticket.

Where to stay

A block of rooms is held at the Marriott San Antonio Airport, which is also the meeting venue, at the association group rate.

Rooms are booked directly with the hotel and are not part of your registration. Cancelling a registration does not cancel a room.

Full refund on request through 1 October 2026, and registrations are transferable to another attendee at any time. Read the refund policy.
