Refunds
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund, on request, at any time through 1 October 2026. Email registration.amscaconf@gmail.com with your confirmation ID and we will process it.
Refunds are returned to the card used at registration and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
After 1 October 2026 the association has committed the funds to catering and venue guarantees, so registrations are no longer refundable. Transfers still are.
Transfers
A registration may be transferred to another attendee at any time, including on site. Email registration.amscaconf@gmail.com with your confirmation ID and the replacement attendee's name, rank and email address, and we will reissue the confirmation to them.
There is no transfer fee. If the replacement attendee's rank carries a different rate, we will settle the difference either way.
Complimentary registrations
Complimentary registrations carry no charge and so have nothing to refund, but please do cancel one you cannot use. Catering and seating are ordered against the roster, and an unused place costs the association whether or not it was paid for.
If the meeting cannot go ahead
Should the association cancel the meeting, every registration is refunded in full, including those made after 1 October. Hotel reservations are held directly with the Marriott San Antonio Airport and must be canceled with the hotel.
